Immigration to the USA: procedures, types of visas and reasons for refusal
The USA is quite attractive for immigration due to high living standards and stable economic and political environment. There is a number of procedures and programmes available for immigration to the USA. Immigration documents can be prepared both in and out of the USA.
Of importance is a thorough preparation and selection of the most suitable procedures for immigration to the USA, and the correct preparation, execution and legalisation of documents.
There are two legal ways to immigrate to the USA: direct and indirect immigration. Direct immigration provides for applying for and obtaining an immigration visa from a US embassy. This form of immigration is generally available to those seeking to reunite their families, to get married, to immigrate as a bride or a suitor (an immigrant visa for a bride (an immigrant visa for a spouse of a US Citizen, IR1 or CR1) or a spouse of a US citizen who is awaiting for an approval of the request for immigration. This includes US employment-based, job creation and investor immigrant programmes (C5, T5, R5, I5 E E2 E3, and EW3 visas), and Green Card immigration programmes).
